This course provides an introduction to relational and ethical leadership skills in health care, focusing on three areas of professional competency: leadership and organizational behavior, communication, and ethics. Classes are structured to be highly interactive and participatory, allowing students to practice applying practical tools to the real-world challenges they will face professionally.
