LSC: Professional Ethics in Engineering Leadership In this leadership skills clinic, students will learn how to raise ethical concerns and express dissent in a respectful, values-driven manner. Through inter-active exercises and applied frameworks, participants will develop the ability to focus their awareness to recognize internal ethical dilemmas, apply a framework to engage in constructive dialogue, and choose appropriate avenues for action. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to navigate dissent with integrity and confidence, contributing to ethical decision-making in team and organizational con-texts.
