This course focuses on navigating interpersonal communications to build credibility, inspire trust, and ethically create the desired impacts personally and professionally. You will practice your communication and leadership skills through a variety of immersive exercises and simulations designed to help you learn to manage conflict, navigate office politics, inspire others, and advocate for your ideas. Theory from empirical research and business press will complement practical learning, allowing you to apply insights directly to your professional life. You will gain a deeper understanding of interpersonal communication dynamics and enhance your ability to influence others effectively in various situations to create the impact you desire.
