Refine your climbing skills and get individual coaching to build your techniques on various terrain, learn how to stand on and grip more advanced holds, and expand your climbing repertoire as you piece moves together to work through tricky sequences. This course is designed for those with exposure to rock climbing basics and belay experience. 

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $325 for instruction.

Satisfies Requirement Satisfies one PE requirement if taken as PE.

  • Course fee: $325. Prerequisite: Basic Rock Climbing or equivalent personal experience and Top Rope Belay Certification at Lindseth Belay Certification. The class will take place at the Lindseth Climbing center located in Bartels Hall.
    Drop Deadline: Monday, January 22, 2024. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 late drop fee if they do not drop by the deadline.
