Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2018-2019.
This course covers case studies on product management. Students will learn about the Big Red Marketing frameworks – a set of decisions making frameworks to guide strategic marketing decisions. These frameworks address how to launch new products, write positioning statements, build brands, managing portfolios of products, and optimize ad spends. Students interested in general management, consulting, corporate finance, and those who plan to start their own businesses will also find this course useful. Although this course is for students in the AMBA and MBA programs, in the past, some students from the engineering programs, the Hotel School and ILR have also attended this course.
