This seminar will discuss in-depth various quantitative/analytical models in marketing.  Some Topics are: types of marketing data and associated modeling and estimation methods; advances in choice models; diffusion models; and dynamic marketing models. The material will be primarily drawn from recently published articles from such journals as Marketing Science, Management Science, and Journal of Marketing Research and working papers. Directions for future research will be identified in the topics covered.

  • No class 4/27, Makeup class will be held on 4/22 9:00AM-12:00PM in room 144. March 16th Class held in Sage Hall Room 135. All others held in Sage Hall Room 134. Non-Johnson Students ONLY. Please note that the April 27th class will be rescheduled to accommodate Cornell's Sesquicentennial celebrations. Non-Johnson students must see their college registrar regarding policies connected with adding/dropping a second half Johnson School class. A petition may be required. Add/Drop Dates: Non-Johnson Students: March 19th at 8:00am to March 20th at 4:00pm. You may add or drop a second-half class after March 20th with permission of the faculty. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each add or drop transaction. If you are dropping after March 27th you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees.
