Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2014-2015.
This course develops a set of core skills essential to financial statement analysis. We will cover strategic ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, pro forma financial statements, financial modeling, and firm valuation using discounted cash flow and residual income techniques. Emphasis is on practical applications. The course format is a combination of case studies and lectures. The lectures communicate subtler aspects of the material while the cases provide hands-on experience.
When Offered Fall, spring.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite or corequisite: NCC 5060, NBA 5000, or permission of instructor.

Add/Drop Dates: Johnson Students - January 13th at 8:00am to January 28th at Noon. Non-Johnson Students: January 27th at 8:00am to January 28th at 4:00pm. You may add or drop a first-half class after January 28th with permission of the faculty. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each add or drop transaction. If you are dropping after February 4th you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees.
