Try paddling standing up! We are excited to show you how much fun you can have on stand up paddleboards. Experience Cayuga Lake from a new vantage point. Stay active and engage your whole body. Learn something fun in a small group setting. Our instructors will teach you all the basics including: stance, paddling technique, turning, and more.
Prerequisites recreational swimmer.
Fees Course fee, $285. For instruction/travel. All paddling equipment is included in the course fee.

Instruction Mode: In Person
Course fee: $285. All paddling equipment is included in course fee. Prerequisite: Recreational swimmer. The first class meeting will be held on campus in front of Bartels Hall. Other classes will first meet at Bartels Hall and then travel to Cayuga Lake. Transportation is provided to classes off campus.
Drop Deadline: Monday, August 24, 2026. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 late drop fee if they do not drop by the deadline.
