This course prepares current and aspiring HR professionals to address the key talent challenges impacting companies today. Students will be equipped to align talent practices with business goals, master the essentials of HR practice areas (e.g., talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation), and develop innovative solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance. Students will also learn how to leverage relevant data and metrics to ground recommendations. (MHA-EL)
