How, when, and to what extent do employees' contributions bring an organization closer to achieving its strategic goals? This course integrates theoretical and practical insights to help students understand how an organization can develop an HR strategy that supports the requirements of its business strategy and effectively addresses challenges encountered in the changing external environment.
