Practicum in Human Resource Management

This first-semester course equips students with the practical knowledge and skills needed to address real-world talent challenges. Through hands-on exercises, practice cases, and regular feedback, students will sharpen the critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills essential for success in the MILR case competition and their future professional careers.
