ANSC 4960
Course Description
Course information provided by the 2024-2025 Catalog. Courses of Study 2024-2025 is scheduled to publish mid-June.
Structured, on-the-job learning experience under supervision of qualified professionals in a cooperating organization (e.g., farm, agribusiness, pharmaceutical company, zoo, educational institution). Internships are arranged by the student and must be approved in advance by the student's academic advisor. The internship should provide a professionally supervised experience with at least 60 hours on the job per credit required. All ANSC 4960 internship courses must adhere to the CALS guidelines at cals.cornell.edu/academics/student-research/internship.

Instruction Mode: Independent Studies
Students from all Colleges must submit a College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) Special Studies Form (https://cals.cornell.edu/undergraduate-students/student-services/academic-resources/special-studies-academic-policies-and-petitions-and-forms/undergraduate-special-studies-enrollment-non-structured-credit). Upon approval, students are responsible for enrolling themselves with a permission number.
