This course is designed to improve your problem-solving skills, increase your business acumen, and develop your ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. Classes are organized around lively case discussions chosen to expose you to different phases of the organizational lifecycle, introduce several of the most common value creating (or destroying) endeavors, and offer insights from a range of industries. Although the mindsets, behaviors, and skills taught in this course are useful in a range of contexts, this course will be particularly valuable to students pursuing careers in management consulting, corporate strategy, general management, and private equity.
