Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2016-2017.
This course will examine the tactical strategies necessary to operate a sustainable hospitality facility. Fundamental principles that are the building blocks of sustainability's Triple Bottom Line will be examined in detail. Challenges unique to the hospitality industry will be highlighted. However, many topics will be applicable to real estate principles.

Permission Note Enrollment limited to: graduate students.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Recommended prerequisite: HADM 3550 or other environmental related courses.
