Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2015-2016.
Students will develop a National Science Foundation graduate fellowship grant proposal during this 10-week course. Students will serve as both primary and secondary reviewers and participate in discussions of all grants.
When Offered Fall (ten weeks).
Permission Note Enrollment limited to: first-year graduate students in Nutrition.
Outcomes
- Students will be able to describe their scientific and personal strengths and the important elements of a research grant proposal.
- Students will be able to critically evaluate a research proposal for its intellectual merit and broad impact.
